As all items are handmade and personalised, processing times may be slightly longer for especially detailed designs—but rest assured, it will be worth the wait! Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it. Depending on the situation, there may be an additional charge to correct it. Buyers are responsible for return postage. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging to avoid any reduction in refund value.

Amendments To Orders:

If you’ve made a mistake in your customisation details, please contact me as soon as possible. If changes are not communicated before the item is processed, any correction may incur an additional charge.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellation may not be possible due to the custom-made nature of the product..

Stock Availability:

On rare occasions, I may be unable to reproduce an item exactly as shown due to stock limitations. If this occurs, I’ll contact you with alternative options. If you're not satisfied with the alternative, a full refund will be offered.
