Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, processing time is 1 to 2 weeks (provided there are no changes made to the order after it is placed).

Free local shipping/delivery

This is only available in north Dublin, Ireland, and cannot be selected at checkout, if you would like to avail of this option, please contact us.

Estimated shipping times

United States: 6-9 business days Europe: 3-5 business days. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Returns

For custom orders, we cannot accept returns as we cannot sell it to anyone else, but we will do our best to look after you. For non custom orders (generic frames and cards) please contact us.
